Notice: Quicker Net Customers

NOTICE
Dear valued customers, The Director of Quicker Net Limited (QNL) has made the commercial decision to exercise a contractual obligation between QNL and G3 Investments Trust (The Company). The Company agrees to accept all of the management and operational duties, assets and income including jurisdiction over QNL bank accounts for the current and future business of supplying Internet connectivity, server services and website hosting services to you, our valued customers.

REASONS FOR THE CHANGE
This change is due to increased industry pressures including increased demands to offer expensive broadband internet services and the increased competition from larger competitors whom are squeezing the smaller providers into positions of business difficulty with greater marketing budgets.

WHAT THIS CHANGE MEANS FOR YOU
There will be no change to service. The price of your current connection will not increase. Service will not be interrupted and support hours will run as normal. You do not need to make any changes to your computers settings.

PAYMENTS
You will notice that all accounting information will change to G3 Investments Trust as opposed to Quicker Net Limited. If you are paying via Automatic Payment (AP) your payment will continue to be accepted whether payment is made into the old or new bank account with exactly the same reference details that you currently use. NB: We are unsure as to whether the bank account update on Automatic Payments will later become a requirement. For Cash Payments please note the new account number and details below
